[FS]BSPD - Splashy-Ice - 22.12.2008

*FIRST REALEASE*
This fs is a bspd.I have seen many GFs with bspd police but it just empty street.
So i decided to do that.

commands:
/bspdento =opens the entrace
/bspdentc =closes the entrace
/bspdsideo =opens the side entrace
/bspdsidec =closes the side entrace

Rofl? I said it's not much when i edited it. i just deleted random Spawns for noobs.
And what he made is basic - MTA Race but, he still did a good job

I like it :P I modified that and it works :P

I added:
- Vehicles
- Auto gates
- Kicking, when someone comes here

I runned it on my server... But it's offline
