Anyone can help me? I download TDeditor 1.16. When I turning on sever, i got this.

You are missing Visual C++ 2010 Redistributables, install these:

Then download the msvcr100.dll (****** or dll-files.com (dont choose the auto-updater there!)) and put it into the server directoy.
It could be that you need even some more dlls, not just this one (it will show you which).
