when I put my server ip on my domain and make a recored doesn't work and when I make aaaa recored told me ip adreas must be in must be in IPv6 format.
how to solve it

You have to wait for it to be active. Most likely 72 hours or so.

Use an IPv6 address, or ask your host how to use an IPv4 one.

It's simple enough to set an A Record for your IPv4 address, Who controls your DNS? It's usually really simple to setup
