If is only for that simple stuff i advise you use the JernejL Map Editor.

Not sure if you mean the graffiti or the "Ind: 0 Grp: 0"

If you mean the graffiti, use /sindex, then change the texture of the index that the graffiti is on.
If you mean the index and group, use /hide3dtext
