Scripting help whats wrong with this? - futuremarine556 - 05.09.2015

Hello, this is my first ever post, and I'm fairly new to scripting so bear with me on this...

I downloaded a script, and everything works perfectly on it. The only problem is, i want to change the pershing square mapping for it. I know how to do it, and I have changed it already, but when I changed it, a lot of other mapping went away. I thought to myself okay, there must have been some mapping that got deleted when I changed the pershing square mapping, but when I went to go check the coordinates of everything that got deleted, none of it matched the coordinates of anything i deleted.
