is it possible to detect if someone's using an aimbot hack ? if yes please tell me how or link me to a tutorial or something

You can't detect an aimboter 100%, it's will always be an innocent player.
But, i suggest you to use this Include : https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=573385
As far as you spec players, you are the best detector.
