Is your card's driver up to date? It might b a hardware issue as well. You should've post it on a specialized forum.

When I go to Device Manage, then Sound, video and game controlers, there I have a driver called Realtek High Definition Audio I go properties and its saying that this driver is working properly.

That means that is manufactured by Realtek. Is the card plugged in? Is it connected to the motherboard? It might be a hardware issue, as I said.

Do you have plugged in any audio device? like sound box. If so, try to put streamer.ini (audio locator) file in gtasa folder. Once upon a time, i have faced it

Edit : Ahh. your dxdiag.exe > sound tab dont show any details

edit: why you use extranal driver for audio? as win7 providing it .

1) This is Tech Support and not Client Support.
2) Did you install the sound driver that comes with your laptop/pc specifications? If no search.!

Make sure you have an audiodevice plugged in the device.
