Use the plugin "CrashDetect" to troubleshoot this problem. If you don't, you don't get useful information to solve this issue.

I don't know why CrashDetect is needed here.
It clearly says the file is not found which does show that he is launching Pawno from another folder and his script files are saved on another folder...

I update the plugins already and told me th19 error


and I put crashdetect

The server log is saying you're running sscanf version 0.3d-R2 on a 0.3z server.

It's not so clear as you think. The run time error says either is a file or a function that is not found. You need CrashDetect to troubleshoot this problem accurately. You might know what the problem is and how to solve it, but there are many reasons for this error and not just one that possibly happened to you. Regardless of this, everyone should be using CrashDetect, otherwise they can take wrong conclusions, just like what you did
