For health bar, use progress bar include: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=537468

You will need to adjust the position of the bar by yourself using a textdraw editor. I recommend you to use iPLEOMAX's td editor: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=376758
