Problem with my server - Omecken - 21.12.2008

Alright,
I would like to have some help with my server..
Two minutes ago it worked well and my friends could connect to it. But now I'm only able to connect to it, for them it says:
HostName: (Retrieving info...) 81.231.143.171:7777
Address: 81.231.143.171:7777
Players: 0 / 0
Ping: 9999
Mode:
Map:

Any idea how to solve this?
