Check your gamemode folder you have correct named file which you are using in server.cfg
or
Probably plugins issue get new plugins with includes and re-compile your script then try

be sure, you have to upload all the plugins necessary for your server, if it doesn't fix then kindly use Crashdetect plugin which will show you Errors in your Server-log.
