In putty when i want start server ./samp03svr & i get this error?

No idea on the error. Are you using any special compiler to compile your mode (i.e not the one distributed with the server package) ?
Have you read the Wiki page on Running a Linux server ?
It could also be due to #emit "hacks", if you're using any.
