Anyone knows what file to edit in order to add a custom link to the horizontal navigation bar?

I thought that it was in one of the files in the (current) theme folder.
Dunno if its still there, that was like 1.5 year ago :P

mm yeah in a header file.
a file in the templates including the word header.
search for
