Hey there sa-mp players, how can i start a sa-mp server with a SQL, i mean not a host.
I wanna test the script as first, adding / removing / editing things.

I just wanna open server like a local, like others by opening samp-server.exe
Anyone could help me, please PM me, if someone helps me of course he gets a Rep.

You would have to set up a localhost php db. You can do this by using xampp

Try XAMMP, i think that may help you out
