I don't think that you can create a new interior such as the default ones that SA-MP / GTA SA has, but you could easily map an interior if the building which you created is made out of textured wall. I think it is possible by using MTA though. Go to Locations > Pick up an interior and start mapping.

1:- OPen MTA/Samp map construction
2:- Go up in the air
3:- add a ground
4:- Add walls
5:- Enjoy
