hi, someone can explain me why when i download some samp game modes it appears on this format: .rar.cpl OR pwn.cpl

Just remove the .cpl extention when renaming the file, and let the initial extension only. The .cpl format has nothing to do with SA-MP. Read more about it here.

ok, but have a lot of samp gamemods in the internet like that omg... so i cant do nothing to open the full gamemod package?

Well, then just download another gamemode. I consider that in this case, the person who released the script added the .cpl extension on purpose to confuse people.
