hey i just saw a cod server on samp and putted the ip in the samp client but the server did not respond i tried everything from ****** but nothing worked,but when i changed my ip to another country's ip it started responding
is there a way to fix this?

Try to use a VPN client, despite the fact that is not really recommended. Visit this.

i have used that thats why i am saying but with vpn client its fucks up my ping cant i do it without VPN?

Not really. The server owner has placed a ban for Pakistan country, most likely.

well i dont think thats possible cause there was pakistani players in the server when i joined with VPN do you thinks its a router problem?

I guess that they're using a VPN client as well. I don't think that it's a client side issue, as you can connect if getting new IP and location.
