I'd go with ZCMD, since its famous and easier to use.

there's dcmd , which is used when u define it. ocmd is good cause unlike zcmd , ocmd doesnt disable the OnPlayerCommandText

well i think i-zcmd is faster then others it is improved version of zcmd
