Hey guys,
So I'm running my server with Vortex Servers, and for some reason I'm having this issue where it says 'Server Status Unknown' and there is no connection at all to SAMP.
I haven't had any response from customer support yet but I was wondering if anyone knew what the issue may be. I cannot do anything on the FTP as it says 'Cannot connect to remote server' and its the first time I've encountered this issue.

Their hosting device might be offline. Ping the server IP using
cmd.exe to check it out. If the packet loss is 100%, it is clear that the host is gone. Wait for their reply, as we can't do anyhing for you.

I figured as so, problem is they haven't responded for 24hrs+, which is the first time. I'm growing real impatient.
