Guys he needs an object ID, not a description.
You can find out the id if you take the map editor go to the actual place and select the object.

How are we supposed to know which object you're asking for? Do you want the stairs (if so, there are many versions of that stair type, just search it in Map Construction)?

Considering he asked "is it some type of stage?" and there is only one object in the picture that may potentially resemble a stage, I think it's pretty obvious what he's talking about.

Judging by the map it should be in the area shown below, unless it's an interior.

Yes, I've played on the server where this screenshot is from. It's an interior under the area you showed.
