Stucks in Looking Up Account - XLNachos - 22.08.2015

When I joining my server to register it says, LOOKING UP ACCOUNT...
I tried to relog nothing help, I connected the database good.
Can someone help me?

How do you help if you do not specify the place of the problem: the code, the server log, etc.

I think, that NGG script right?
There must be a problem with MySql connection
