I have a problem with the save data with sql, when I saved the letters "с б й н у ъ д л п ц ь" in the database changes to a strange sign

Can anyone tell me what to do to be able to save these characters correctly ? +REP

We can't help you without you providing some code. And is your collum set as VARCHAR?
