I just want to test being a Admin in NGRP, I downloaded the script, The windows server 0.3.7 rc2, What i should do to start a temp server which players can join by my ip?

You can try portforwarding your IP, or simply use hamachi to create a temp server.

Starting the latest NGRP script is harder because you have to open the database too so you have to use phpmyadmin and so on...

i am started a temp server, I have ngrp script now how i put it and start it? When i run samp-server it say in the end server shutting down and the script get stop what should i do ?

You should use a different game-mode non-mysql for the begynning, untill you gain some experince, then move to MySQL game-modes. Or try to get someone to help you with that.

You'd be best to maybe even try working on the grandlarceny script which you get once when first open the server package for 0.3.7 or any samp client. Fiddle about with making some commands and what not.
