Help with textdraw editor - Viki - 17.08.2015

hey i just downloaded text draw editor from here https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=376758
i did what is told in that and i get a error iTD loads but when i type /iTD it says

as far as i know i am not running this server with any remote connection

nvr mind guys i fixed it i just changed the lanmode from 0 to 1 in server.cfg
