Get the plugin nativechecker : https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=249226
Add it and show us your logs.

Probably you are missing a plugin, are sure that you have all the plugins in your server.cfg?
Also, use nativechecker plugin as Dutheil said.

You're using NGRP mode
Because you need server.amx to start it lelellel
