Admin,Vip,Ban,Warn,Mute,Jail,Kick - RXS - 14.08.2015

Hello guys can you help me with an Admin and vip system?
I want that the Admin max level will be 10 and when you have lvl 5+,you will can use /ban id reason and /kick id reason commands
The max level at vip i want to be 5 and when you have lvl 3+,you will can use /mute id time reason and /warn id reason,at level 5 you will can use /jail id time reason
I have Database.

You should script it yourself or you can use others scripts with permission, the things you want are pretty much easy to write

its pretty simple to create an admin and VIP system , u just need to create a Y_ini register system , there are lots of tutorials of how to make that register system just search on ******. you can skype me (itz_rbj) i can help you
