i start server-exe everything starts up without any errors but when i add my local ip to samp client i dont see my server

Use the ipconfig command ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ipconfig ) and find out what is your local IP .You will see something like this :


In this case above the local IP address is 192.168.1.30 .

Also, make sure that it's the correct server port, if you've changed it.
