The voice part is called acapella and the background is the instrumental, just so you know...

If it's a common song try googling it though people usually have an instrumental and a version with voice + instrumental though, not the other way around.
Though you can always try things like AudaCity and attempt to extract it yourself.

Remove the center channel. Voice usaully is centered, with same parts in the left and right channel. Invert one channel, then combine both to cut out the voice.
Some sound card drivers can do that automatically. Theres also software to cut out the center channel (e.g. audacity)
