linux irc plugin commands get called twice? - xFuTuRe - 12.08.2015

** I've tried asking in the plugin's topic but no luck there as no one responded.

Everytime someone uses a command on the irc channel it somehow gets activated twice. This doesn't happen on the windows plugin version but does on my vps (linux).
