i cant start my local server 127.0.0.1:7777 ++REP - YoussefHammad - 12.08.2015

as i posted earlier i thought the problem was with plugins , i fixed all the plugins with newer version and its all good , also fixed the whole gm itself but when i start the samp server file , it still shows the Run time error that says "File or function is not found"
