im including a_samp/zcmd/sscanf2/streamer/Y_ini/foreach
when i run the local server to test it doesnt work so i feel the problem is the plugins , i already have streamer and sscanf plugins , what else do i need ?

Read the server console, is it throwing an error? Do you have the sscanf folder in your main server directory?

what u mean by main server directory ? , and yes i have the sscanf file but not sure if its in the location ur talking about , its the plugins file

Did you include the plugins in server.cfg?

yes i did , also there's a plugin called filemanager when i include it , it shows an error that MSVCR100D.dll is missing from your computer

Download the file and place it in you server's directory.
