I got a perfect idea for your gamemode change stuff. As you said on the main post; you need a timer. But how?

Well, first of all; you need to use timer via mysql.(it can be r5-6 or r7+).Anyway, define a variable like timer value onto your mysql database then - this is important, read carefully - you will need to hire a web master for making a GM control panel, if you are not a web master. At this time, make a timer for your GM Panel.( if you are using same database with server and for Web Site, you will be able to use same value that you created a value for mysql database.)Make a timer for your GM Control Panel NOT FOR YOUR GM..Don't code anything in pawn programming.
Then, when timer has finished with its current value which you set it on your website, make it to force to change the next GM for your server. It's like server control panel as restarting, changing server name etc.It can work, try your best with this original idea.

I really like your idea but i am using Y/ini for saving stuff.

I am not good with mysql.

You have to learn mySQL as soon as possible otherwise you will not able to do it.
