the stream plugin changed.
Maybe you updated the new plugin but forgot to change all the CreateDynamicObject lines.

download the streamer for here.
make sure ur lines are in this format:
CreateDynamicObject(modelid, Float

After download put the new .inc file in pwno includes and re complie your gm
then put the new plugins and start it + enjoy :P

After doing what is listed above.. make sure to add this too your the bottom line of your Server.cfg
