The blue thing. Its colour has probably been changed with SetObjectMaterial.
I've looked everywhere and can't find anything like it.

If you took this screenshot in MTA, you should've said so. If you didn't I'm not sure what this is. It looks like the corona object, which doesn't exist (textures missing) in SA-MP.

PointLight from SA-MP objects, added in 0.3c. Object ids 19281 through 19298. Don't know which one.
