Anyone else here using Smartbytes as host?

Server went down since yesterday morning and can't seem to get in contact with them.

Once again I made a support ticket, sent mails to 4 of his e-mail addresses and called him, but no response as usual.

There is many bad reviews about this hosting company after the new owner, time to switch between hosts, I guess..

This guys a joke. KingJ was 100% legit could never fualt him but once this guy took over its just gone down hill. instead of looking for a new host my moving everything onto my vps but joke is i can't even access my 2 websites i have hosted with him as he has not renewed his Cpanel licence so none of my ftp's work.

He is facing some issues as far as i know after surfing on forums, He ain't responding to tickets not emails.

Search for diff. host, I was using smartbytes for 6-8 months but all of sudden they stopped responding to tickets as well as email, Too rare.

Which made me to switch.
