alright , sadly i posted alot of threads asking for help but !!! nothing happens ,
so i decided to post my last problem , hoping someone help me ,
1- dont tell me search ****** , because i did and when i didn't find i came here
2- dont say bullshits have a solution reply , dont have , dont.

tell me please how i can use a mysql database , i am used Wamp before , but when my server is hosted in some website i can't use wamp anymore , so i want to know how to add lines to connect to a free webhosting mysql database
for example 000webhost.com
please help, that's my last step to open my server , regards ! :3

As the MySQL database and server would be hosted on different servers you'd need to be able to have remote / external access the the database, however 000webhost does not allow this on the free plan.

First of all, if the site doesn't have the option for a external database you can't connect the server to the 000webhost.com . And as I know 000webhost does not have external databases.. so, you can't connect the server to the 000webhost.com database, got it ?

You could try hosting your DB here..

Or you could buy a server / find a free VPS somewhere and put it all on together. It would reduce any delay from the connections.

can i use AlwaysOnPC as VPS ? or its wont be 24/7 ?
i dont want to pay now cuz my server is still not done , but if its works well , i'll pay . wish you understand me
