Hello Everyone!
i'm looking for help in regards "User CP" as plenty server have one i'd like to know how am i able to create one and adjust it, any tutorial?

Well, Its not that Easy to make Your Own Cause for that you Should have knowledge.

But you can also download a basic ucp and edit it, however it requires php and css knowledge.
