[Windows 10] SA-MP launches Single Player - Aumars - 31.07.2015

I have recently installed Windows 10 to my PC, I tried to launch gta_sa.exe through the SA-MP client and it said I needed a file called "vorbisfile.dll" in my PC, I added it into the GTA:SA directory and every time I try to play SA-MP the single player menu opens, I tried most compatible versions, it didn't work.

Any advice?

Reinstall, or use asi loader because I think it replaces vorbisfile with the new one.
