Hi, A few hours ago I formatted for Windows 10 and now I can not open GTA.

Try right click on gta_sa.exe or samp.exe and go to compatibility then select compatibility mode for windows 7, vista or windows XP ( service pack 3 ). Tell me if that works good.

EDIT : Also check if you have some "ghost mods" by ghost i mean: You downloaded them from un-trusable sites, and now your game crashing, because he can't load them. ( happend to me, before when i installed a mod,with allow me delete the clouds and desert dust when you shoot in ground

)

Try with windows Me / 98 , or best way to solve it is : Select the most suitable case where SAMP worked before for you. E.G : Windows 7

Also,read what i edited in previous post. If what i said here and in previous post, you should try an reinstall for both )( GTA:SA and SA:MP

Good luck.

EDIT: Delete gta_sa.set from Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files, then try re-laungh SAMP, if still not work restart your PC.

I have windows 10,but samp launch normal
with 70-100 FPS

Can you tell me where you have installed SDK? In my case I have just Microsoft Visual C ++ 2008,2012,2013

And Directx10

I do not know, what is SDK?
I have Microsoft Visual Studio 2013,
Try to put S0b it helped me,

If you have leptop with 2 videocards,lucky you,
Launch samp with integrated videocard,and connect to the server,
After,type /q in game and launch samp with discrete videocard
This method is works fine for me)

My game doesn't crash but it looks like this:

Some colors are wrong, like green looks yellow. Anyone else getting this? I tried changing compatibility but then it would just crash.

Try change your game resolution to a 32 bit one.

Try putting on some anaglyphic glasses.

You need 3D glasses to fix your problem

lol for some reason Nvidia had enabled stereoscopic 3D and GTA SA was the only game affected by this. Cool to know I can play in 3d though, might try it later.

@OP: I think you're gonna have to re-install the game, something might have messed up while formatting.

Oh I got this last year when installed my Nvidia drivers for first time, you just have to disable Nvidia 3D Vision at the nvidia driver panel...
