Port Forwarding on Bell - MrCallum - 28.07.2015

How do I do it? I'm with Bell - Home Hub 2000 and how do I portforward, I put the internal as 7777 - 7778 then external 7777 - 7778, please help, when I go onto sa-mp it shows up on localhost:7777 but not for others on my IP:7777
