I go to http://www.ovh.ie/vps/ and what i choose classic or clous vps if i choose classic my samp server will work

Either upload it from your desktop using Filezilla or Something like that. Or upload it to some website where you can get a direct link to download it( For example , http://files.sa-mp.com/samp037svr_R1.tar.gz ) and transfer the files to your VPS using wget( http://linux.about.com/od/commands/l/blcmdl1_wget.htm ) For example ,

Code:

wget http://files.sa-mp.com/samp037svr_R1.tar.gz

then extract it using

Code:

 tar zxf samp037svr_R1.tar.gz

Just change the "samp037svr_R1.tar.gz" part , according to your needs.

I am saying this assuming that you are going for the OVH classic VPS(Which is OpenVZ ). Also don't forget to use Plugins and Samp Server's core files for Linux,The file samp037svr_R1.tar.gz has the core Files that you will need, But you will need to find the Plugins ( .so ) from somewhere)
