Problem with the server - Tasous - 27.07.2015

I have a problem with my server..Some kind with FTP and server's connection, don't know..
Here is the error:
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
Status: Disconnected from server
Status: Connecting to 151.80.108.109:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Command: USER seanleedg
Response: 331 Please specify the password.
Command: PASS *******
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Talk to your FTP provider. He have a good solution then us
