Hello ? what is the best NPC Ingame Creator ? im using Knpc but there's a problem. Every Peds I create / record , its recreating all Vehicle too / duplicating every vehicle that makes my server lag! any NPC creator ingame ?? i cant find on search hehe thanks !

Besides that, there isnt anything called 'Best', as long you as you know how to deal with a plugin/include or anything, it can be the best for you..

Just use RNPC plugin and start scripting your own NPC's
