Use remote desktop on your windows machine and then connect to it through the info they gave you and your rep isn't worth anything untill you reach 50 posts.

You must know the host IP and password to enter in. If you are on windows then go to start>Search>Remote Desktop Connection and put IP and password

The VPS might be Trail VPS. And this VPS can only control via Webpage, as the hosting company provided
