Hello there,I'm in fever to learn about server scripting.for that should I learn about MySQL or pHp?

They're both entirely different things and serve entirely different purposes.

MySQL's for database organization, and I think it's not hard to learn, atleast to learn just what you need,
I'm not familiar with php but I think its a web scripting, you'll need it if you're making a custom website for your server or a control panel on the web.
You should read a bit about them for more information.

I think you first need to ask yourself the question: what is your ultimate goal?
You can learn to code and use PHP without the need for MySQL, however many PHP sites and scripts will use MySQL as well (such as the sa-mp.com forums). They're both very power platforms, and, so, given the choice - learn both!

PHP is a server-side scripting language that has its main implementation in web development. However, it can be used as a general-purpose programming language. MySQL, on the other hand, is an open source relational database management system (RDBMS). MySQL is a popular choice of database for use in web applications.
So PHP isn't a language you learn to make gamemodes etc however it can be used to make a website UCP related to your server.
Pawno is the language which is used to script gamemodes for SA-MP and MySQL is used to manage your database which will hold server's data so learn pawno first.
