Can anyone create a new dvcreate system mine is bugged
Whenever i make a vehicle using /dvcreate it blow up everytime help plz

Mine too.. i have a NGG Edit( i dont wanna name it) in that we have to /createcdealerhipveh cmd and cars spawn.
cars spawn.. players can buy them.. but prob is, when i load again my dealership.ini file, server r loads 1 vechicle models and that also i dont know which one!!! on dealership nothing.. idk why please help me to remove bug.. players are not able to buy cars.

Have you guys tried restarting the server using the /game command so that it saves everything before it restarts? Or do you use /rcon gmx

Honestly, you're acting like we should actually help you use a stolen script. Someone worked hard on the gamemode and you're using their work with nothing given to them. More specifically, you're asking for help on a system you didn't even make or had any association with making / legitly obtaining.
Furthermore, you're not even showing any code or giving any useful information that would allow us to assist you.

Hmm , Stop using NGG MOde , its not your script and you havn't the permission to use it from the MAIN NGRP Developers team
I'm going to report you for that.

Edit when the vehicle is created that it set the vehiclehealth
