I have request an dedicatet server now but idk if it is good or bad

First things first, its called a dedicated server not dedicatet, no one will take your "company" seriously if you can't get the terms right

How are you going to manage samp server capacities if you dont even know if this server is fine?
Server hosting is MUCH more than buying a server, following a tutorial to install a game panel, and waiting for money to come in.

Get some months or years experience with hosting before even bothering to take a cent for your services. Everything else will just cause anger and trouble for you and your customers, and thats scam.
