Rotate textdraw - seler - 18.07.2015

Hey.
I want to make something like this:
/imageshack/img10/3716/sanstitre1dyg.png
I found the sprite hud:radardisc, but it's only 1/4 of full ring.
How to rotate parts of this sprites to make full ring?
I'm using font 4 for sprites.
