I think this is one type textdraw. Try to check your textdraws

I also now get this message when going up to a business or house. This property doesn't exist :S

Maybe You deleted the " TextDrawDestroy" of that Textdraw box, Check your Codes
how?:
Check if there is a Textdraw called box , (cuz it rly looks like Mselection textdraw code for me )
If there is,
Check its "Textdrawcreate" , and "TextDrawDestroy", Probably, the Destroy code is missing
