Problem textdraw - Edw - 17.07.2015

I have a problem speedometer, I v1366x768 resolution and perfect but sees others with a lower resolution seen ugly, look and image. Can I solve this problem?

I solved! I did speedometer from 1084 to 1084 and go up. Thanks!
